The 120-room Adler Dolomiti Spa and Sport Resort features rooms with free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Rooms include parquet floors. The bathrooms provide free toiletries and bathrobes. Some rooms offer a sofa. Certain rooms cannot accommodate baby cots.

Dining at Adler

Breakfast is buffet style with diced and puréed fruits, Tyrolean yogurt-soaked mueslis, sweet pastries, charcuterie, cheeses, and smoked fish. The restaurant serves Italian cuisine and South Tyrol specialities in a cosy environment. Guests can choose from a daily set menu offering seasonal Italian and Mediterranean dishes, or Alpine traditions with a contemporary twist. A typical Winter menu consists of chanterelle strudel, Tyrolean dumplings with beetroot, radicchio and gorgonzola, pork fillet and polenta, and crème-brulée with chocolate croquant. There are also live cooking stations where chefs griddle meat, toss pancakes, and fry, poach and scramble eggs.

Leisure and wellness

The hotel provides ski-in/ski-out access and three outdoor swimming pools. Its free wellness centre includes indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and hot tubs. The spa is the largest of its kind in the Dolomites, featuring steamy indoor and outdoor pools and baths, saunas, and salt grottoes. There is also a grassy poolside park for summer lounging. Other recreation facilities include an outdoor tennis court, an indoor tennis court, and a 24-hour health club. The Kids' Club and thermal pools are available for families with children. The surrounding Adler Park is an extensive garden with natural pools, wooden benches, and lawns, offering panoramic Dolomite vistas.
